CLINTON HILL LANDMARK - 2021

This landmarked wood frame townhouse was in terrible shape – covered in asphalt shingles and with a partially caved-in roof. The original colorful Victorian façade was restored, a small extension was added to the garden and parlor floor in the rear, the roof was partially raised to create a pair of bedrooms out of the attic, and the interior was fully rebuilt, creating a bright and airy single family home.
